MY STORY

I have loved to write and create stories since I was a young teenager. My favorite things to write about include pop culture, entertainment through film, television and books, fashion and beauty, or lifestyle topics.  Throughout my time in undergrad and grad school, I wrote in various formats including features, front of book pieces, Q and A, as well as longer more reported work. 

In my spare time, I love to read. I read and review books and run a book Instagram where I get to share my thoughts and photos with other book lovers. Photography is another favorite hobby of mine and I've taken two classes on how to make better photos and turn them into photo stories or photojournalism.
